Anyone know the pin code for a bluetooth adaptor?

Just tried to pair my new iphone 4 to the 350z and its asking for a pin tried the usuals 0000 etc but nothing, bought the bluetooth adaptor off ebay few years back with no instructions and cant remember needing a pin on my previous phone anyone help

I have literally just done this. It's 1234 to pair. Worked fine with my htc.

Just a quick question if I may. I have a HTC Desire, paired with the car & it used to show phone on the Bose. Not getting that now but the phone still shows its paired. Anybody got any suggestions?

I think it's possibly something to do with the Bose or Nissan Bluetooth adaptor, I have an iphone 3 and it does exactly the same thing, works absolutely fine in the Van with THB kit though

Mine didn't do anything but it still worked ok. Not sure about receiving calls as I didn't try but it called out ok. Didn't show anything on the display tho.

 

Btw Garry I got Paul round today said he would spray it no probs. Good price too. And started her up as well. Oh man I have missed her.

its saying 'cannot connect using SSL' whats that mean and its asking if id like to try setting it up without?

 

i take it the host name is imap.1and1.com and outgoing is smtp.1and1.com

try removing the car from the paired devices list and then try to connect it again

 

Also check the light is on on the adaptor

Hi, you use the imap server for your email provider however for the outgoing smtp server it should be your network provider.

 

Mine is o2 so i use smtp.o2.co.uk with the same account security o2 originally set me up with. As for SSL that will be dependant on your email provider.

Haha, mate just set yourself up a googlemail account and all the settings will be found buy the Iphone. Then forward your 1and1 emails to the goggle account. Tada
