19" on standard height

hi Ive just been looking on eBay for some new wheels and found the 19" rota gtr's but it says you need coilovers and arch work!!!! i thought the fit on wi no mods??? ill be surprised if the do because there like monster trucks at standard height

my car had 19s on it when i bought it, the guy went really low profile (30) which im my opinion make the edge of the tyre look a bit thin and kind of increases the look of the arch gap,

 

i persoanally think it looks better lower so im gonna sort some springs out but even when lowered it still wont need archwork ect, unless you go for a mental offset?

If you changed the rolling radius by 1.3% on the front and the back would you have any tcs issues?
