H5 Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 UK cars (and imports I believe) have the NATS system with is Thatcham cat 1-2 (alarm and immobiliser) as I understand it. It is standard fit and actually pretty good. Some also have tracker type systems but only you will know that Quote

rtbiscuit Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 i've read several threads on here of people having problems with imports where the imoboliser/alarm had been retro fitted. i'm not sure all imports come with full security. but it may have been a case of upgrading it, but if i remember rightly it was the system fitted by the importers?
