Zedrush Posted December 16, 2009 Share Posted December 16, 2009 Hi guys sorry not finished this training video yet as promised few of you, few things have happened that have set me back a bit, nothing too major, will finish this video in Feb. Any how in the mean time I found this clip which is similar kind of training I do, I will go into more detail and show more variety of training that can be done at home with minimal equipment, great for strength and conditioning, these guys are good. Music is a bit cheesy and cheesy film quotes used but the core of their training is great, a lot of plyometrics core strength and conditioning.
