sketch Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 right, before this turns into a massive flamer session.... ive seen a few pics of 350z's with the veilside wide arch kit but only fitting the rear arches and smoothing onver the bolt holes, im currantly at work so cant post the pics i have a home... Just wondering if people think the idea sounds gash with only fitting the rears and not the fronts? theres been quite a few pics of late on the forum, my personal opinion is that im not that keen on the bulbous look of the front arches but really like the look of the rears... sketch Posted December 14, 2009 Author Posted December 14, 2009 something like this but with out the skirts, the body shop could extend the front point a little so its flows with the bodylines better Quote
sketch Posted December 14, 2009 Author Posted December 14, 2009 im undecided tho if the arches would work without the skirts, i think im gonna need those to... Quote
yokomo Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 wont the unbalnced track width make it handle funky ?? Quote
sketch Posted December 14, 2009 Author Posted December 14, 2009 wouldnt have thought it would make much or a noticable differance? Quote
alessandro Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 That looks massive! IMO you need a kit to goes with those, blended obviously Quote
sketch Posted December 15, 2009 Author Posted December 15, 2009 you cant really blend them in on a car thats used daily, even the best body shop wouldnt be able to garentee they wouldnt crack at the joins Quote
yeti Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 depending on budget you could remake them in metal - ally or hi lead content steel and mechanically fix or weld them to the body? - no cracking Quote
