i was thinking about getting some 20 inch wheels for my zed but i got told by a wheel company that 20's wudnt fit on a uk zed, only imports? not sure if this is right? also wat offset wud i need and wud spacers b needed? thanks for any help

20's will fit.........................Stew is running 20's on a uk car without spacers I believe...........

If you get the correct offsets then you won't need spacers

I run 20's on my UK Z with no problems. As above, you just need the correct offset to clear the Brembo caliper.

Yeah as the guys have stated no probs running 20's with teh correct offset. I have a brand new set of Ultralite GTII's up for grabs at the moment, have a look at the link under my sig and let me know if your interested

offset actually has nothing to do with it

 

width, spoke design, and pad height are what determines if a wheel will/won't clear something.

 

to the OP - there is a range of offsets that will work, but it's still down to a particular wheel design as I mentioned above. Best thing to do is set a budget and then work with someone familiar with the car to find a set that meets your needs/wants.

 

We set Stew up with the 20's on his car. Perfect clearance for the Brembo and the car has a very nice stance to it.
