Ian Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Not much in them at all on the road. My mate has one & he can easily keep up with me on our private track Quote
rtbiscuit Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 if you want more power and a v6, then try the golf R32, but my money would still be on the Zed, Quote
Stew Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 The Zed is the best looker and as it has no rear seats it has a decent sized boot. I've had two full golf bags and a couple of soft bags with shoes etc in it with no issues at all. I would take the kit along with you to see. I bet the golf boot isn't bigger than the zed..... It will be better shaped and there are rear seats to put down though.... Quote
rich5259 Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 looks like they will fit easily. Put the big block shaped one in the main boot and throw the other one in front of the strut brace. Quote
confuzed Posted August 31, 2009 Author Posted August 31, 2009 if you want more power and a v6, then try the golf R32, but my money would still be on the Zed, Yeah I've had a good look at the R32. Came to the conclusion that it's real nice, but its a lot of money to spend to end up with a Golf. I'll keep looking around for a 350Z locally, so that I can take my kit and see how it fits in the back, but it looks like it would be ok. Thanks for the welcome messages and advice everyone, I'll keep you posted on the z-hunting. And for now I'll check out what people think of the Bose system and what's involved in replacing the normal head unit. Quote
Stew Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 There might be a local owner willing to help you out and try it. Quote
