Sunny1 Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Hi All, As the title says i'm after some information on the best place to advertise my car(Autotrader/PistonHeads), currently i've got Autodetox detailing it so i should have some piccies later today and would like to advertise it tomorrow, any help would be appreciated. I'm selling up to make way for the 370 i've ordered in the new year. regards Sunny Quote
sasha@lazytrips Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Save on the advertising costs and sell it this way for £10k. Been after a black one for a long while now. Quote
nixy Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 I would give autotrader a miss, get it advertised on here, pistonheads and even ebay (classifieds not auction) as all that is for very minimal cost or free! I can't remember last time I advertised on autotrader to be honest! Best of luck. P.S remember in your advert NOT to point out things it doesnt have - only the positives which it does have! It always amazes me when people put things like 'no brembos'. Quote
MrLizard Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 well done on the order sunny remember seeing your 350 at the midlands meet and thought it looked awesome, im sure you'll sell it easily enough Quote
MITZ@CougarStore Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Hi Sunny, nice work with the 370z, like Steve, I too saw your Roadster at the Midlands meet and it was a stunning example, you’ll have no issues selling it… Quote
zedwagon Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 i'd try on here and pistonheads first for a week or so and if no takers then autotrader never had any luck on previous cars thatve been on pistonheads tho - theyve sold thru autotrader each time Quote
Sunny1 Posted August 19, 2009 Author Posted August 19, 2009 Thanks Guys for all the advice and comments, good comment you made Nixy about the positives on a car rather than the negatives. Thanks again Quote
