M13KYF Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 My p21s has run out. I've been really impressed with this stuff but decided to try something different for no other reason than for a change. I use Blackfire tyre gel which is great stuff so decided to order some Blackfire Midnight Sun Ivory Carnauba Paste Wax. Reviews sing it praises so lucking forward to trying it out. Lets see if it beats the p21s which to date i think was great stuff. This could be a tuff test. Anybody else use this stuff. Ordered it from polished bliss Quote

clarkie34 Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 I have used it Mike, but I got the kit with polish, wax and sealant.I would put it in the same league as my Swissvax Best of Show wax,but does require a couple of layers to achieve the same results. Don't think you will be disapointed. Quote

Stew Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 yes mike. I use nearly all blackfire stuff..... My advice is to buy the all paint protection too. It's a sealant and it AMAZING! Quote

M13KYF Posted July 10, 2009 Author Posted July 10, 2009 at last the sssslllllooooooowwwww royal mail has delivered this stuff now my question is, Which one do I apply first, Blackfire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection or the Blackfire Midnight Sun Ivory wax? Quote
Stew Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 Paint protection first mike. then the wax. Blackfire recommend 8 hours between but this is not essential. You can layer them too so no need to strip wax back before reapplying. Quote
M13KYF Posted July 12, 2009 Author Posted July 12, 2009 well tried the Blackfire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection. Fantastic stuff. Colour deepened and paint finish was even more glossy smooth. Didn't have time to try the wax. Next weekend While at Middlehurst today, another Azure Z turned up and the colour of mine was so much deeper and richer. Quote
Chris`I Posted July 12, 2009 Posted July 12, 2009 Nice one matey, will look even deeper when you get some wax on Quote
M13KYF Posted July 12, 2009 Author Posted July 12, 2009 Nice one matey, will look even deeper when you get some wax on was only waxed a couple of weeks ago, will be doing it this weekend though Quote

lamby Posted July 12, 2009 Posted July 12, 2009 The depth of colour your car has is unreal mate i know this is a bit off topic a bit but when do you apply the blackfire wet diamond all finish paint protection?? is this lke a polish or do you apply it after polishing?? im pretty new to detailing but i love the look of your car... M13KYF Posted July 12, 2009 Author Posted July 12, 2009 cheers apply it after you've washed your car. You can then apply the wax after if you choose. I've wax the Z once a month to build up a good layer. Quote
