Currently play for Steyning Town in Sussex league, although have played for more clubs than you can shake a stick at inc. Egham Town in the Southern/dr martins league and littlehampton Town Lets broaden it, who plays for a sports team in general? Cricket, rugby, darts etc Quote

A team called Boldmere St Michaels in Brum. Used to play for Tamworth when I was younger and played for Stafford Rangers for 3 years when I was at Staffs Uni. Quote

Jacko Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 Yeah I play for a local team in the Lancashire and Cheshire league, Sat afternoon footie. Sort of one step down from Semi-pro..... but I am getting on a bit now Anyway, pre-season starts for us on 11th July, but I've not played since January as had a bad snowboarding crash in Jan, and ruptured two sets of groin muscles..... Took ages to get to a point where i would feel comfortable attempting footie, so going to be interesting..... Quote
