sake-bito Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Hi, does anyone know somebody with a GTR R33 or newer that would possibly drive myself and my best man to my wedding on the 18th of april?? Obviously i'd be paying like i would with any other hire car thing. Always wanted to get driven to my wedding in a GTR but i think i have left this too late. Also i stay in Fife so you dont see many driving about STOO Quote
Stew Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Loads of requests like that on Pistonheads. Put in a request on the Scotland section. They are friendlier than the rest of PH! You might even get the offer of something more exotic! Quote

ARphotographs Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 i Know exactly what your talking about, they are brilliant as they look better than an old style album, yet do the same purpose! odd idea, but how does a mustang sound? Adam Quote
sake-bito Posted March 17, 2009 Author Posted March 17, 2009 I got a quote from a place called edinburgh mustangs, well cheap too. But my best man gave it the " am no getting dropped off in some brokeback mountain hillbilly blah blah blah...." Might still go for one if i'm struggling though but its just no me. If it was a mega rare really fast american car then it would be a different story STOO Quote

PhilTheForce Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 Only one way to arrive... http://www.theateamvan.com/ (Watch the videos at the bottom) Quote
Cara Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 Mine is very traditional, but it's what I wanted: A 1933 Rolls. Dunno what Doug is going in though - doesn't really matter, no one is there to see the groom arrive (sorry) I think it's cool you fancy something different and as you say, more 'you'. Good luck in your search! Quote

Shuck Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 Stoo, have you tried the GTROC? They have dealt with requests like this before. Have a look on their website. I'm going to be arriving in my Zed, but we have traditional cars like yours Cara for after the church. I'll be handing my Zed over to my brother (best man) for 2-3 weeks whilst we are on Honeymoon.
