Adriank Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 OMG refurbed the std wheels like time attacks, looks amazing! WOW is all i can say on that! Quote
marzman Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 I actually hate rays, but that looks really good! Thats got spacers on too, so dont forget to figure that in your cost, and i think the toyos help to complete the image... But surely you're looking at £500+ for a refurb job like that anyway?? Quote
H5 Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 Nah, a colour change refurb shouldn't be anymore than about £70 a wheel I would think. Quote
Adriank Posted October 27, 2008 Author Posted October 27, 2008 I know a few bodyshops, could get it done at a reasonable price i expect. I have first dibs on ClarCE's spacers also, think i need to make up my mind what i want lol. Quote

Randomfry Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 Yeaa like that, don't think the standard 18's fill the arches enough though. Quote
bigphil Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 Yeaa like that, don't think the standard 18's fill the arches enough though. they do with 20mm spacers Quote

ab350z Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 Big fan of them, and dont think the 18s look dwarfed at all, take it the car is lowered? Even still, refurb (£220)+ spacers(£185) + springs(£180) still comes in at half the price you'd expect for new 18s + tyres. Quote
marzman Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 If thats the price then its got to be well worth it - i thought it would be well more than that. Even if you dont like it, you'd make your money back as im sure someone on here would buy them if you changed your mind... Quote
Digsy Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 Subject to getting a decent job done they look great - on the right colour Zed, of course. Quote
Ian Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 Dont like them. I don't like the Rays as standard & like them even less in thet colour Also the TA wheels won't work on a ginger car Quote
rmmackfc Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 You could go for a orange lip to match the sunset... don't follow... lead Quote
stanski Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 Look good on that white one - maybe a black one also Quote
S1 HNK Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 i think that looks seriously ...just shows what a difference a huge suspension drop makes. i think the red nuts is a bit over kill though. Quote
bigphil Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 You could go for a orange lip to match the sunset... don't follow... lead orange on orange, not Rays but you get the idea. Quote
ab350z Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 Phil, what colour locking nuts are you able to get hold of? Quote
