Trev-the-Rev Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Do I detect a hint of excitement? Quote
Eumenides Posted September 11, 2008 Author Posted September 11, 2008 Oh yes! Being a typical woman, i might have changed my mind after seeing those pics, i REALLY like the Grey...hmm decisions decisions.. What's everyone's opinion on the 'Orange' (is it Alezan??) interior, seats etc? Not my cup of tea, i have to admit.. Quote
martinmac Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 I had issues with that, its a very personal thing. There are quite a few meets coming up so never a bad thing to get along to one and have a look. Quote
ARphotographs Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 get azure, its amazing in person, then do what zmanalex has done and put a twin turbo in it!! silver/gm is nice but if you go to a meet you won't be unique! Adam Quote

Eumenides Posted September 11, 2008 Author Posted September 11, 2008 I like the Gunmetal as it's quite subtle, I've seen lots of Silver ones about so don't really want one of those (I also had a Silver E46). I'm undecided, though it's great having such a lovely dilemma I just want to say that having read loads of info on this forum, there is a wealth of information for noobs like myself, it's fantastic site, thank you. boomer816 Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 I can highly recommend the grey, but i guess i am biased. Theres some pics of mine in http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16096 Had only had it a week so enjoyed the polishing. Still loving it. Its raining here at the mo but still looks good. Quote
H5 Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Go Gunmetal, it's the most metallic of the colours and properly waxed it gleams in the sun! Welcome to the club Quote
Stew Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 The azure really pops when a bit of time is spent on it. Quote
GIXXERUK Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 dont listen to them, just buy a zed, it looks good in any colour Quote
H5 Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 To be honest, it doesn't matter what colour it is, the Zed looks great in any colour. Quote
Stew Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 It does. We all have our favourites but the Zed doesn't look bad in any colour. Quote
Rentech Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Got my first Zed a month ago after finding lots of advice on here. Sure you'll love it Quote

Trev-the-Rev Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 Well done. You know it makes sense! Quote
Eumenides Posted September 21, 2008 Author Posted September 21, 2008 @CS, i spoke to Ian last week and dealt with Raj today. Great people there, very helpful and let me, my husband and my brother test drive the car without complaint. Gave us plenty of time to examine and chat about the car and purchase etc. I'm really happy with the experience and customer service i received at Sturgess, fully recommend the place. I'm looking forward to the long drive back to Herts with the car on Wednesday! Quote
