SAFC99 Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Has anyone had a squeeky clutch pedal and what did you do to fix it? I cant tell if its from inside the cabin or in the engine bay. Quote
Zummertor Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Not had this on the Zed but on a couple of Toyota's it has just been a lubrication issue. Quote
TADDY Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 my clutch pedal has just started too, took it back to nissan as they only fitted it last year and they have said it could be they arms around the clutch that have worn on one side or a lube issue. They also said that if its the arms it will be coverd by warranty but if its lube then it will cost me £350 for there time spent taking it apart!!!! gits! so im in a rite predicament Quote

Also try lubricating the fulcrum and spring at the top of the clutch pedal. Quote
FUG Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 Also try lubricating the fulcrum and spring at the top of the clutch pedal. Is this a WD40 jobby too? Quote
Watshot Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 Yep, common problem on any make where dry parts move against each other. May need repeating every now and then. Quote
