I think I've done this right. 

PCD 109MM.

OFFSET BACK of hub to front face edge of wheel 132mm.

OFFSET Face of hub to rear face edge of wheel 148

The info should be stamped on the back of the wheels

The reference on the back 7j x 17 47mm. I'll take a picture tomorrow
