Indicator 'tell tale' Bulb

Hi all,

 

3,000 miles old 370Z and the nearside (left) indicator tell tale light has failed..

 

Is there an easy was to replace this or do I have to remove the steering wheel and instruments?

I think it's the dash mounted tell-tale light he's referring to.

Thanks, yes the dash light showing the indicator is on.. but isn't..
