Overheating

350Z getting hot in traffic. Had the  local garage check and they said the fans weren't coming on. Replacement "module" an eye-watering £750 from Nissan! Is there an alternative? all advice gratefully received

You might have more success if you posted this in 350Z Technical section, rather than the Member Traders section.

Is your local garage 100% sure it's the module and not the very common fault of the fan motor brushes being stuck/seized?
