Just had a £1400 bill for my 370z!

I noticed the other day that when I stopped the car there was a slight burning smell, I thought it might just be the brakes!

 

I opened my bonnet and saw a little bit of smoke coming from the radiator, just found out it’s transmission fluid leaking from radiator!

 

New radiator needed, and I’m £1400 lighter!

Transmission fluid... front the front radiator? I think you mean coolant.

Apparently the radiator on the 370z cools the coolant and transmission fluid seperately 

 

Maybe i I heard wrong because I was in shock from the price but I was told it cools the coolant , trans fluid and something to do with air con ?

 

all fluids will need changing (transmission and coolant) and the air con will need re gassing  apparently

I know the ac is part of it for sure ...but the transmission?  Surley that would be separately cooled what year is it ?

The cooler will be a separate item to the coolant rad, but the whole lot may need to come off hence needing the coolant replacing and air-con regassed.
