Both windows stuck down - help

So Buster and I went shopping in my roadster and both opened the windows. Now they won’t go back up. Any ideas please as Bob is stumped. He has changed the switches as he had spare one lying around as you do.  Tried thumping the door as per advice from other forums but that’s didn’t work either. Didn’t get the shopping done either so I have a hangry man. Help

possibly need new motors by the sounds of things! i guess buster tried the window reset procedure too?

did indeed but to no avail,then the drivers one work again but still no joy from the passenger side..

Dodgy fuse?

just what i thought but there no fuse for the windows from what i understand.....strange i know......well looks like its a motor on the n/s.  thankfully the o/s one came back to like...was odd though both stopped working.

cheers mate,tried all this but the motor only seems to run in the down position ....hope a new motor work correctly

Hate to state the obvious mate, but you haven't accidentally knocked the window lock switch?

first thing i checked

stripped and cleaned the old motor with fingers cross  but i still only operated in the close rotation...oh well new motor should be here Wednesday

so learnt the hard way tonight.....new motor arrives fitted and still no luck......think i ve found the fault in the wiring loom plug on the "a" post where it clips to main part of the zed...will check the weekend.
