Revs surging in every gear

Hi Guys

I recently did a service and installed a K&N induction kit as well (I like the noise), all was well for about 2 weeks and now I have started to get this rev's surging. It started initially just in 4th gear, when I'm about 2500 rpm and put my foot down the revs surge and then drop down and I can continue to accelerate normally. Now it’s in every gear!

I thought it may be my fitting of the induction kit, but I can’t spot anything wrong and I can't guess as to what I may have done wrong, also it was OK for a few weeks.

 

Somebody said it may be clutch slip?

 

Any advice would be grateful.

Definitely clutch slip, unless you are spinning the rear wheels.

Time to get the gearbox out for a new clutch and fly I am afraid.

Mines doing it too, its no surprise, the the slave has slowly failing for a while now. Going to be a new year job for me I think. Unless I get a quiet run at Christmas.
