He was telling me that he quite often serves Haddock, even though the menu says Cod, because most people don't know the difference and its a lot cheaper. Quote

I can tell the difference..... even deep fried! Haddock has flavour, cod doesn't. All the fish served here is locally caught and the fisherman who catch cod don't eat it for one reason in particular. My rule is if the fisherman don't eat it. I don't! Quote
