best tyres I've ever had on any car. ive got jr21 wheels 9.5 inch all round. the advan sports grip in the wet is as good as it is in dry hot weather. my mate who also owns a z has just put two onto the rear of his z and he loves them.

Yoko ad08r is being discontinued due to its noise rating.. so next year they are making ones with ad08r technology and the s drive technology.. i really hope they aren't like the s drives when in the wet tho.

Me neither, although not entirely unbelievable as the AD08Rs have always sat right up the top of the noise scale using those useless Euro rating things.

Interesting, I've never found them noisy at all even with the roadster roof down... but apparently they're rated "3 bars" which is "above the future EU limit"... bloody EU!!

yeah rated 3 where the rules next year are between 1 and 2 not even sure if thats anything to do with eu, my mate works for a tyre company thats how i know about it. also he was going to use ad08r's but due to them being discontinued he went for advan sports instead and he cant fault the advans.

Well after a couple of weeks running the advan sports, I can honestly say they are a vast improvement on the S001's. Far less road noise and improved grip, well impressed!!
