Remap and oil pressure 350z

Just had my car fitted with a buddy club exhaust and decats.

My oil temp is now running very high hitting the 120, is this normal?

 

I'm also looking for the best place to get a remap near derby? Are one company better than an another?

No oil temp of 120 degrees is not normal unless on track

I can hear this strange noise when I lift off. Sort of like a whisting / steam noise. Then the oil temp drops.

or are you looking at your oil pressure gauge?

Haven't used the car for a while but it was the middle gauge on the dash with psi wrote underneath it.

PSI = Pounds per Square Inch

 

There's no reason your pressure should've risen at all. Are you 100% sure it's not always been like that?

It's hits 120 as soon as I start the car up so didn't know if it was a problem.

 

Also hits 120 as soon as I put my foot down

Sorry couldnt resist , the higher your rpm the higher your oil pressure , I suspect you are revving the car higher enjoying the noise

I can sit in neutral a foot off and it's still 120 when I start her up!

yeah cause the oil is thicker when its cold

If the gauge moves when you turn the ignition on, the sensor needs replacing as first action.
