leebottrill Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 I have taken the car out today And the back end feels really light. I did a couple of tight turns and it lost traction. Normally it's solid at the back in the dry. I have good condition mpss all round. Any ideas? Alignment / shocks /diff? Quote
Andy_Muxlow Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Could just be your over exuberant driving 😂 Sent from my iPhone using hammer and chisel! Quote
leebottrill Posted August 29, 2016 Author Posted August 29, 2016 (edited) It's not my driving. Had the car for nearly three years and something is different! Tyres are fine Edited August 29, 2016 by leebottrill Quote
Andy_Muxlow Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 May be your suspension or springs then maybe buddy? Sent from my iPhone using hammer and chisel! Quote
leebottrill Posted August 29, 2016 Author Posted August 29, 2016 A couple of years ago my mechanic mentioned one of the rear suspension shocks were misting slightly. The car has only done 50k! Isn't that a bit soon for shocks etc? Quote
leebottrill Posted August 29, 2016 Author Posted August 29, 2016 Is this something a mechanic can easily diagnose? Quote

Ekona Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Also check drop links, and other suspension stuff under there too. Could just be the weather though: A downpour after a sustained period of very warm weather will bring oils to the road surface, so it'll be much slipperier than if it had just been a regular bit of rain. MUFU Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 I had the same sort of problem , turns out it was the bushing in the camber arms , problem is you can't by the bush you have to buy the arm , and you can't buy 1 you gotta buy 2 , but it was worth it to get the solid drive feel back.not sure if that helps or not lol Quote
