Steam Question (Gaming)

Hi guys, quick question.

If I buy a Game activation key (For Steam) from ebay, does this mean that I enter this into the Steam client, and I can then download the full game from them. Fully licenced?

Don't use eBay. Get it direct from the sellers website 'G2A'

It will basically give you a warrenty if the key doesn't work, they will give you another.

G2A under a bit of controversy as of late saying that steam are also making a rod for there own back with this under age gambling stuff.
