Can't see topic I posted?????

I'm looking for a little help,

I posted a set of brake pads for sale yesterday morning. Believe I followed all the rules and have over 200 posts under my belt and I'm unable to see it.

 

I know it takes time to get sales authorised but I'm not sure if it takes a day / so or if I've missed something in the advert and it hasn't been posted at all

 

Unsure of who I should ask so hoping this helps
