GeorgeB Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Hi Folks, I'm continuing to see the P1239 error code thrown up occasionally, chatting with the folks at h-dev, they agree that it would be worth me trying to log the throttle and accelerator position sensor voltages in the hope that the error gets thrown while I'm logging and we can narrow down what the problem is. Short of buying the up-rev software and cable for £200, is there any way for me to do this without spending so much cash? I've got an ELM bluetooth obd reader, but from what I can tell the Torque and DashCommander android apps won't log the info I need. Am I missing something? If not can anyone recommend other android, windows or linux software that would do the trick? Thanks George Quote
RobPhoboS Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Might be worth looking at http://nissandatascan.com/ Just check the forums, or the info/email etc (just a thought) Quote

Ekona Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Doesn't support throttle position logging though, unless it's a feature they don't mention on that page. Quote
Richf Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 There a number channels on my phone but without my car and the obd socket i cant confirm they get a signal but again this is for the 370 Quote
GeorgeB Posted April 6, 2016 Author Posted April 6, 2016 Thanks guys. Nissan Data Scan III looks like it does the trick. Two sensors for each throttle body, plus two for the accelerator. Just need to hope I'm logging when the ecu throws that code again! 1 Quote
RobPhoboS Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 If anyone else is looking at it, ensure you have the correct adaptor: http://home.exetel.com.au/nds/NDSIIA/index.php?content=supportedadaptors 1 Quote
