I have a few things im considering at the moment. budget around £500 give a take a bit A: Personalized Number plate B: K1 Exhaust C: Seibon Carbon bonnet Already have upgraded my ICE and have a pop charger. Open to other suggestions Not looking to add other exterior mods other than the bonnet.

I brought the car when it had 4k on and it had been serviced twice 1st at 2k and 2nd time at 4k....car had hardly been used. Ill probably shop around then but as my nissan dealer is only about 3 miles away ill give them a call closer to the time

I looked at this option....but there are some real nasty interiors and seemed real hard to find a combination that i liked. Saying that though on my recent trip to the states i saw some real nice g35's modded just right.

Not had any knocks to the wheels. Think i will go get them balanced although cars only done 9k.

So my zed is coming up to its first service since ive owned it. Going in at 13k and im personally not bothered about getting it serviced by a nissan dealer as Im not looking to sell for a long time and dont care about the nissan stamp. So would anyone recommend researching a good local garage and have it done there....or are there things nissan dealers are better at?? cheers

Anyone know what may be causing this. The car feels quite uncontrolable at high speeds (not crazy speed) Steering shakes and feels just not right.... anyone shed some light

hahaha i had a homelink button on a car i rented in the states. Was pushing the buttons as not knowing what they did and all of a sudden i heard "Hi, what is your emergency!" I was like what the hell!! I told them i hadnt a clue what i had pressed and that im sorry and of course no emergency!!

Hey, The video input got me aswell!! it was a tricky one!! i did first solder wires to the top of the connector and then onto the jack but that did not work. So what i did was take off the connector from the board and extend it with wires so it can be placed in a better location. Then you simply plug in the connector. as for extending the gps....you will need 2 core cable. But to behonest i dont think you would need too as i get a good reception from it being stuck inside. Id recommend leaving the batteries on there......As its good for it to go into hibernation so when you get back into your car it wakes up and is pretty much ready to go. Instead of cold booting and waiting for it to boot and for it then to acquire satellites

I see you have the ground exposed....does that stay like that or does it go somewhere?

From what i remember it is only held in by screws and once the screws are out it slides to the right and then up...

Yeah thats the one. Thats what i did with the power but it doesn't auto come on you still need to press the button. Word of warning.....Space is very tight behind the cubby hole...You will need to position the board at an exact angle otherwise when you install it the sd card will be popped out...or what i should of done is take out the spring in the card holder. Also you will need to solder the power directly onto the board as the plug sticks out too much.

I have a uk one not sure if they are interchangeable with jap cars though

Which model did you buy? If you want it to turn on by the ignition i believe you will need to put in a relay between the unit and power.

Is it a bose system that you have?? I ask because i no longer am using my bose head unit. Yeah i completely agree with you on the double din stereo and is why i chose to go my way. Although i have a single din head unit it is removable and i needed it because i upgraded my entire sound setup otherwise i would of kept it looking stock. Also you get a nice handy storage compartment if you go down the single din radio route

Hi Nate, Yeah i am willing to make these for people and you would be amazed at how good this thing works!! Its been in my car now for a couple of months and has never let me down. Also what i like about the software it comes with a trip meter which tracks lots of stats about your driving such as traveling time/stationary time/distance covered/average speed and best of all top speed If you are looking to keep everything stock you will be able to transmit the sound of the gps over the fm transmitter to your stereo otherwise it uses its onboard speaker(which is actually loud enough to hear over music)
