Got a quote for all 4 wheels refurbed and coloured Charcoal/Anthracite plus stripping the tyres and balancing them once finished £322 Sounds like a good price to me...what you reckon?

Thank you everyone for your help. Ended up fitting them in the warehouse at work!!! Cant believe the garage said they needed the dowels to be groound off!!!! Shocking behavior!!!! :boxing:

What age is the car? I have a 53, and couldnt get mine off when fitting my new wheels, but fortunately the wheels clear the bolt anyway, so it didnt stop me fitting. Been meaning to go back and try again, but it might take a bit of effort to remove if its a but older and rusted 2005 buddy

So i just unscrew it and it comes off??? Man i am so pi**ed there was 3 guys at the garage who just couldnt work it out!!!! so they put my wheels back on and sent me packing!!!!

The garage told my that i would need to be grounded off with a grinding tool and could take a while>...... is this b.s?

So i brought some 20mm spacers and went into the garage today for fitment. They took one wheel off and applied the spacer but there is a bolt (Break Dole) on the original fitment which isnt allowing the spacer to sit over... Wish i had taken a photograph now. Any ideas i have been in touch with eibach and they are getting back to me

Oooooooo yeah thats the look im going for... I too have gunmetal and it looks well swish!!! If your going for the full carbon effect why are you worried about the GM? Wont it all be bare carbon fibre? Well its gonna be a long time before i can afford to do full carbon....so in the meantime i reckon the carbon gunmetal combination is pretty good
