  1. Yes, I would take it from your cig lighter socket :)

which cubby? the one at your elbow or the flip up one in the dash?

the flip up one in the dash as im either going to find a way to mount the galaxy tab there or else I will install a holder for my Desire HD

  2. Count me in assuming the date is agreeable (I work shifts) and you can do the power thing as well.

Aye I also need power, would like power and audio to the cubby. Not sure of the best way to have the power, can it be done so that when the engine is off, no power is taken from the battery?

  3. Just got myself a Samsung Galaxy Tab and realised that it almost fits in the cubby hole...When the lid is open it sits nicely, but you cant close it with the lid open. The only way i could see to get it in would be to make a groove in the bottom of the cubby for it to drop into a couple of cm, i would also need to set it back a couple of cm to allow the lid to close. I have attached some photos and am open to suggestions :) What would be nice is if it could be removed easily.

It would be very simple to fit it in a permanent manner without the lid, but would then be on view for all to see/steal :(

  4. What does a set of tyres cost for these?

    lmgtfy

About £300 a corner i think. Although if for some reason you want the OEM runflats, probably another 50% on top of that.

Apologies for the lazyness in asking

Did some looking around and prices ranged from £180-£LOL with £250-£280 seeming to be a sensible bet for some decent tyres..

What I couldn't find however is however is how many miles they are likely to realistically give if driven sensibly 99% of the time

  5. £300 for a set that need a refurb, £600 for a refurbed or immaculate set. Anything inbetween for quality and you'll be losing out as peeps will either be looking to buy in great condition or have them done themselves to have ini great cond after. No one really looks for OK'ish wheels. :)

Would those prices change much without the rubber ?

  6. Fairly good condition with 4 good tyres.. just after a ball park figure if anyone has brought/sold a set recently

...it would of course have nothing to do with wanting to buy a certain someones set of R35 wheels... honest :cloud9:

hi m8,seem to remember they go for somewheres around the £450 mark.

    Great stuff, thanks

  7. Sold my previous car...............................to buy a set of Volks

Bought my Zed by handing over a bunch of them red notes with £50 written on them.

:offtopic: but... out of interest, who is that fine and rather bouncy looking lady in your sig? :)
