  1. I noticed today that i have some very fine scratches on the rear arch of my zed.. they are very fine and I can only see them if I look very closely. Just wondering what is the recommended way to try and polish them out?

    Is T-Cut a no no ?

I have given a simple solution above but how much detailing experience do you have and what products do you have to hand?

Just to make sure you get a solution that suits you.

I would rate myself at somewhere between noob and total noob

I have some autogleen polish at my disposal but don't mind going out to buy additional bits if required

I can confirm he is a noob...past his car the other day and i think if he leaves it dirty you wont notice the scratches :lol::lol:

Haha yes it is in desperate need of some love :-( I plan to put this right next week :-)

just wondering whether I should fit them myself (as i know they are easy to fit) or should I get a garage to do it? Im always worried with anything to do with wheels that I've either not done them up enough or done too tightly..

    Any thoughts ?

  5. I have a few of these available. All brand new as per the photo. They came as a bulk lot of OEM system builder units so are in plain brown boxes but are complete and sealed

    Looking for £69 Delivered

These run off 12v so could be ideal for car PCs.. you will need to buy a separate power supply though as it doesn't come with one. You will also need ram+case+hdd

They are fanless so are silent :)

Intel D945GSEJT Low Profile Mini ITX Motherboard

Intel is enlivening the Net top market and enabling innovative system designs with a radically thin, low-power motherboard based on the Intel® Atom™ N270 processor. The D945GSEJT, AKA Jothnstown, is designed for users demanding affordable yet stylish Internet-centric computing solutions. This breakthrough platform addresses emerging slim Net tops, affordable all-in-one PCs, thin/enriched-client PCs, and other usage models with its versatile, low-power, thin form factor design.

Even though the board is just 20mm high it is still packed full of features including built in DC to DC power supply, VGA/DVI, and LVDS video outputs, GbE LAN, Mini PCIe card slot, 2x SATA connectors, 1x 44 pin IDE, USB 2.0 expansion headers, and more. The low power 1.6GHz N270/GSE chipset have a TPD of just 9W allowing for a fanless/passively cooled design. When the D945GSEJT is paired with a solid state hard drive it creates a completely silent PC with no moving parts. The standard height I/O shield has 3 knockouts for standard 8mm 802.11 antennas

  6. would you consider a part ex for a sunset 54 plate with similar milage ? :p

Does it have a bigger boot and use less fuel? :p

It does if I sell it without the spacesaver lol.

And no sorry everyone knows that the sunset ones are faster so drink more fuel :-)

  7. Both will fit, and if needs must then i would buy the bridgstones for two reasons. 1. they will last a little longer 2. and more importantly they have had no repairs.

    thanks :)

Just found and purchased a pair of those continentals with 5.5/6mm on them and no repairs.. came to £120

  8. Just looking to get some part worns to get me out of trouble for a bit (my front tyres are both 1/2 dead so these would bring them all in for renewal at around the same time)

Will these fit the back of the zed? They are the 18inch rays

Which would you guys buy ?

  9. At present I have 2 Toyo T1r tyres on the back - these are fine.

On the front I have 1 Toyo T1r which is also fine but the other front is a crappy nexen tyre which has a puncture and has to go. Ultimately I would like another t1r but these are hard to come buy at a reasonably price these days it seems. I know that it's ideal keeping all treads the same but I would have to throw away 3 decent tyres.

What should I do do you reckon. The Dunlop sp sport has a similar tread pattern - unsure compound wise etc though...

    The front tyre is a 265 / 30 / 19 and the rears 285 / 30 / 19

    Thanks in advance

Sell me the 2 rears at a bargain price ;)
