Glad to hear that you have eventually got this issue sorted.
As you are fairly new on this forum you can be excused from not knowing that the golden rule is to avoid Nissan main dealerships.
Granted they are not all useless and unhelpful, however, unfortunately most are I am afraid.
Thank you Adrian,
I have a 27,000 mile engine which came out a perfectly running 370Z last month.
However, as has been said, further investigation is required.
Top up the coolant and bleed the system properly to get all the air out the system and to get the heater working again.
I am not quite following the coolant in the oil description which you have provided.
Usually when coolant enters the oil it emulsifies to become a creamy substance.
However as Azurez33 has said if the engine has not been running then perhaps the coolant is not "mixing" with the oil ????
I would recommend that you bleed the system as above, top up the oil and run the car for a period of time frequently checking the coolant level and oil condition from cold after the vehicle has ben sat overnight
Okay, I will grab all this stuff when over at the shop tomorrow and send you over some pictures and prices etc by DM.
I should have a new clutch kit in stock, again info by DM tomorrow.
You previously confirmed that your car has the HR engine.
The easy way to identify is to lift the bonnet and check if it has 2 air intakes and 2 air filter boxes and two throttle bodies.
Or post up a picture of your engine.
There is also a MAP sensor on some models hence the question.
There are 2 MAF sensors on the HR and I have both in stock.
They are different from the early DE model.
Okay no worries.
A new Mohair top is around £850.00 fitted.
Let me check if I have a preowned one in good condition.
What colour do you require?
Also I will grab a picture of the non contoured console which has square corners, when I am next in the shop and you can do the comparisons.
