It will be fine, just use a few zip ties and all will be good.

Thanks. An expensive problem then. It’s under warranty but I’d be pleasantly surprised if the roof was covered, the sales chap said it was but he would wouldn’t he.
Cayman isn’t far away so I might ask them to take a look.
I’ll take another look at it tomorrow.
Thanks
If you require any parts for the roof just let me know as I will have everything in stock.
Also, if you want a copy of the workshop manual regarding the roof mechanism, then just let me know.

Bring it to me and I will guarantee to fix it for 1K
Might be a plan to get a professional inspection, diagnoses, and quotation local to you before you venture North to PH2 6EZ.
If you bought the car wisely then perhaps a warranty claim or not fit for purpose claim is in order, Also depending on how you paid is also worth exploring.

Of course, no problem.
I have 2 x 370Z engines at the minute.
1 x 27,000 miles: £4000.00
1 x 85,000 miles: £3250.00
Secure Pallet shipping would be £100.00:

Glad to hear that you have eventually got this issue sorted.
As you are fairly new on this forum you can be excused from not knowing that the golden rule is to avoid Nissan main dealerships.
Granted they are not all useless and unhelpful, however, unfortunately most are I am afraid.

Warm the car up with the heater on full hot for about an hour and then try again.

Thank you Adrian,
I have a 27,000 mile engine which came out a perfectly running 370Z last month.
However, as has been said, further investigation is required.

My problem is I don't like to mix fuel brands, so I always try to run it down to fuel light and then get fuel IF I'm looking to change brands. Now of late the Tesco near me, is hit and miss whether it has momentum or not arghhhh.
We all have our crosses to bear.

I stopped using Shell V Power about 8 years ago in my big power 350Z twin turbo track car.
Found Tesco 99 momentum IMHO, a safer superior fuel.

Top up the coolant and bleed the system properly to get all the air out the system and to get the heater working again.
I am not quite following the coolant in the oil description which you have provided.
Usually when coolant enters the oil it emulsifies to become a creamy substance.
However as Azurez33 has said if the engine has not been running then perhaps the coolant is not "mixing" with the oil ????
I would recommend that you bleed the system as above, top up the oil and run the car for a period of time frequently checking the coolant level and oil condition from cold after the vehicle has ben sat overnight

Agree with what Olly has said. ^^^
Remember that the parts for the Facelift Bi Xenons are different from the Prefacelift Xenons.
