New set of wheels and an induction kit for the the 370z

Hi guys and girls ..... I need your help as I am hopeless when it comes to wheel offsets. I am looking at a set of wheels that are 19 x 9.5 +17 and 19 x 10.5 +18 will this fit the 370z? I have had a look on the us forums and I cant make much sense of it I afraid What offset suits the 370z? Any info would be great... Thanks chaps Jay
