paul t came round for a wee cup of tea and an individual fruit trifle, so took some pics of the cars. fitted my eibach springs last night, rears were piece of ****, fronts took 8 HOURS, dont ask! sits alot better now, i reckon the springs will still settle a bit. couple of befores and afters. before after and pauls 350z, interior is just done, certainly impressive in the flesh

Only takes us an hour and a half to fit a full coilover kit alright when you've done it before and have decent spring clamps and a ramp to do it on

what a ****in pain in the arse!! the rear...take wheel off, unbolt one 17mm bolt, loosen another, take spring out, put new one in, put back together. simple, maybe an hour for both sides. the front... 8 BLOODY HOURS LATER!! what a pain, never doing this again unless i end up having to take them off to sell the car. anti roll bars are the work of satan.

he reckons around 220-230bhp, he thinks the 190's have an lsd standard? not sure on that one. by the way the pics of the full car are older ones, hence why the wheels look ok in them!

well i say work, a tester my mate stevie came down to mine today to see if his wheels could be saved or if they needed totally refurbed. the whiteish bits are the stuff where the lacquer is still there, which left shiney metal underneath, the black bits is caked on @*!# with corroded alloy underneath, wheels are such a state! done a wee bit and it came up well, going to do all the wheels soon. and a video of what round our way is a famous noise. (might not be live for a few hours)
