  9. the past few weeks with the on off weather i've been washing it nearly every day and waxing every 2 weeks, but i am a bit obsessive, my car has to be clean to go anywhere. usually gets a proper going over every few months.
  10. clean the chip, then use a needle and touch up paint, then put a tiny spot into the chip, let it dry, repeat until its just under flush with your lacquer, then repeat with lacquer until slightly proud, let it fully dry then flat with 1500 paper then buff, chip gone or just get it painted.

  15. i had my P1 done today and it's only oil, oil filter, washer fluid then a check over the car. i paid £52 which was parts cost only, but around the £150 mark is about right.

  17. he has an s14 silvia drift car, sure he can manage it
  18. and its staying in his garage
  19. spunk some cash and get one of these, practical with 4 doors, rave reviews on performance and handling, it'll be brand new, and you're very unlikely to pass another on the road, and...its jap!
  20. its actually me holding the camera, and a mate driving
  21. But the point is lighter wheels will improve handling, less weight means less stress on the suspension, less gyro effect so quicker turn in etc. When I fitted 19's to my Zed they were heavier and the ride and handling was noticeably worse when the car was pushed. Normal driving was fine. I had to compensate by upgrading springs and dampers, so the overall gain was purely cosmetic. maybe so, but on the road...hardly going to be that noticeable.
