AFR gauges (and all other gauges for that matter) are great for diagnosing problems or preventing a failure If you spot somthings wrong before anything gets damaged. For things like fuel pressure, oil temp, coolant temp, EGT etc etc... you cant beat the defi system, I had my oil temp hit the alarm point at 130 deg C on track at silverstone while proving a point to a subaru TA car (that would not move over ha!) and if i did not have the defi alarm set up I would have NEVER noticed the oil temp was getting dangerously high! I would say that a well set up gauge monitoring system is well worth the out lay if it save your motor!

Guys, I have been looking for a place to meet to hand out club passes and theres not really anywhere close to the strip. The best place so far is a pub car park about 1 mile from the pod, its on the main road that leads to the strip. If your dead set on a dual set up mate check out the haltech system, one gauge and two sensors. I have an AEM in the left back down pipe as Sam stated its the leaner bank. Or you could go for a dual gage AEM set up?

Hi mate, I look at the contour HD before getting my Go Pro. I have to say the go pro looks like ass and the contour looks much better. The only down side is the narrower veiwing angle and the colour contrast is not as good as the go pro's from all the side by side vidoes I have seen. The go pro is well supported for extra add ons such as the car suction mount etc. Get some video's you have taken posted up for us please!! Peter, payment will be on the gate. The passes I have being sent to me are for the club stand only. These just allow you to the club area. I'll pm mike at the zed club as he's posting the passes for the 350zedz to me. I'll sort of a time to meet and hand them out at the pod

£20 for 2 hours with all the rental you need mate (boots,ski's,poles) if you dont have any. Or theres a deal on in june £50 pass for the WHOLE month!! Go mate its great!

LOL... I hate this computer!! ha.. Just spent 15 mins typing a reply only to lose it all! Clif notes were as follows. Yeah, Thanks for looking out for me and not just joining the "he had fun on the road" so must be a dickhead group. Best off taking it to a race track, sadly this does not always happen in real life. People do far worse with out thinking, such as talking on the phone weaving through traffic on the motorway. Potental for an accident is far higher IMHO than planning to have a play in a very quite location being fully aware of what you doing etc.

Wow...Fair enough guys! I cant beleave the vid was reported to the forum team but again I can understand that the forum cant condone messing about of the road. The video was not "racing" or "silly speedo shots on the road" So i though this one would be ok? As for covering the number plate, I have other videos where its exposed so I dont see the point in trying to hide it in this video. I can understand that people dont condone "messing" about on the road but as you could see the video was shot on an all but deserted industrial area thats closed on the weekends. Its a shame that people jump on others like they do as you could see that no one but myself and my mate were at risk at any point. Anyway I've removed it, sorry that it offended anyone.

LOL.... Guys Ive removed the video. I can understand where some of you come from when you say messing about on the "public" road. Most of this was made on an indistrial area which is close on sundays and the roads we did use have little to no traffic. I dont like to see people dicking about when they have the chance to hurt other road users but I still laugh when people jump on the "dont do it on the public road" horse as I bet all of them have had some sort of "fun" on the road during there life! lol. Thanks.
