And who is going to fit that?? 4 bolts seem straight forward enough just purchased a tool kit from halfords to see me through it also ordered a builders helmet incase something falls on my head I hope so bud. You may end up with strut brace up, air intake out, and then getting to it. Make sure you reconnect the jubilee clips properly too to prevent air leak. jubilee clips sounds rude what is it I'm changing my plenum and throttle body tomorrow so need to listen in to this advice. We should swap numbers Jay in case either of us messes up good idea bud When you doing it mate? Am having a Zed day on Saturday to fit a few new bits. Am happy to meet up to help. I may have to bring along my slobbering mutt but he may save the day and tell us where we have gone wrong.... And he knows the difference between a 10 and 14mm spanner...

I heard he had already driven it in the UK in the past few weeks and because another program had already broadcast, he insisted that they go to Japan for more of a scoop.... And he likes Datsuns now....

I think the boot tray is stiffer rather than the floppy mat...

I do like and I did consider before getting my Zed but the parts / service etc etc put me off, as did the price... But now there down to 30k they make for an interesting purchase... My old man is in the market for a new motor.... I may have to push him away from the Jag....

I think ZedRush ran a Mac mini for the very reason of boot times and power loss... Also a good reason to use a laptop with a battery and engage hibernation mode...

What does the colour of your car say about you...
3FIDDYZ replied to 3FIDDYZ's topic in 350Z General
or there is this one (As it had purple and orange) but I dont belive it.. prefer the first post!.... 1 Silver: A driver who wants to give the impression of wealth and prestige; 2 Blue: peaceful and serene drivers who value relationships over money; 3 Black: a desire to stamp authority on other road users; 4 Red: passionate and a little wild, likes to take charge of any situation; 5 Grey: a sign of stability and reliability; 6 Green: a conscientious driver who tries to smooth over tense situations; 7 Purple: a self-assured driver with a love of all things beautiful; 8 Yellow: confident and not afraid to let out one's inner child; 9 Gold: a desire to express independence; 10 Orange: a sign of a happy person who enjoys being unique and craves attention. -
Max Power this month had P15ULT's Green Monster and I happened to notice a little section about the colour choice of your car.... Says it all if you ask me!! Black cars denote an aggressive personality or someone who's an outsider or rebel. Silver cars indicate someone who's cool, calm and slightly aloof. Green cars can often be chosen by people with hysterical tendencies. Yellow cars signify someone who is idealistic and novelty loving. Blue cars are chosen by the more introspective, reflective and cautious driver. Gray cars represent those who are calm, sober and dedicated to their work. Red cars denote those who are full of zest, energy and drive and who think, move and talk quickly. Pink cars are chosen by gentle, loving and affectionate drivers. White cars represent status-seeking extrovert drivers. Cream cars are the least likely to be involved in accidents and denote self-contained and controlled owners.

The bolts on the discs wont allow you to fit anything apart from stock wheels so not that. I am going for spacers on this one or break / disc issues. If its coming through your butt then its spacers... Sounds like it could be a costly mistake as you could be butting undue stress on your wheel barings and through your axels... Personally not a fan of spacers..

Is there anything else you could possibly stick on this???

I dont think he has that issue... its hard enough for him to get a passenger !! -
Even though I went to Falkens, the bridgestones arnt that bad in the right conditions. Harder sidewall that the falkens so they do hold for longer. 1 Set of Toyos, 2 sets of falkens and 1 set of Bridgestones on sunday at Millbrook and they all performed pretty much the same and we gave them some serious stick......

We all have to go through the pain of the lights mate... Its even worse if you forget to put the grey cap on.. esp after you have put the wheel back on... And then even more worse when you do exactly the same on the other side... DOH... Oh yeh, then you have to take the bumper 1/2 off and remove the light unit to rescue a fallen indicator bulb......

Sounds like a H5 for the Sub and a ChrisI for the CarPC as hes running one.. Still dont think the Car PC's are upto scratch yet, Kenwood DNX7200 for me, connected to an IPOD. The only thing it hasnt got is the WiFi but do you need it? Also, if your going to go for a touch screen, a 7" will fit in the upper cubby... easier to view the sat nav with... Also, where did he suggest putting the Sub?

Unfortunaly the tyres dont have any protection on them Shire, so your putting stuff on them that drys hard, thus having the ability to pull and crack the rubber. Its also the heat of the rubber sitting under the tyre shine.. It does make sense if you think about it logicaly I would have thought though if the manufacturers had an issue they would have spoken to the likes of Mags and Autoglym and let them know the problem and they would have had to find a way round it. As I say it could be the handcarwash people, that stuff is like tar and drys pretty solid...
-
Word of warning for all you tyre dressers, Got told yesterday that it can mess with the vulcanisation of the rubber and can make it come away from the tyre wall. I dont think manufacturers recommend it. It was my step dad that told me, he was told by a tecnician from Dunlop. It may just be the stuff the guys use at the hand car wash, but just thought I would add it anyway!

Oh and his Endless Break setup looks the dogs dangly bits... Back to Topic.... Zmanalex is running the stoptech on his turbo monster if you want some verification!

The envy car does shift, I got a to see it at CAT training on Sunday.... Also got lots of little mods to make it even more AMAZIN.... I belive it is running on stock internals though... I got the chance to drive it as I had a little suspension problem (setup not technical) and I said NO............. It will be the only time I do say NO~! Still reliving the moment in slowmotion! Seeing Colin from CAT drift the car through a full 200m 360 degree circle only moments after getting into it is testiment to it being a well put together machine.. LSD is another upgrade you need to look at... By the time you have done the Turbo, Brakes, suspension etc then your looking at 10k up... I didnt realise the PE was that inexpensive.... Hmmmmmm...... Off to check my piggy bank!
