  1. Basically as per the heading, can pay via Paypal if required, whatever method as long as it's a reasonable price. Cheers Mick

    Cargo net

Home -> Forum Index -> The Trading Post -> Spotted on Ebay on the post above, Zzzz said about Ebay\206sw, but as the wife had had an 206sw I thought it might be the right size.
  8. When I had my 911 I was waiting to pick the wife up from the bank and a group of Chinese tourists came up and one asked if he could have his picture taken sitting in it, I let him him but needless to say I had the keys in my hand
  9. I found most M3 owners were the same, although I did meet some nice people from that forum, I don't think you can beat the bikers we always used to get the 'nod' from them.

  12. Motorway cop mate told me it was speed limit + 10% + 2mph, but what's 1mph between friends.
  13. Yes I'm from Cov, and it's er.... Kuro Black with Rays, I'm waiting to be 'spotted' by Zedman as he seems to be from the same area It's a UK car and Locksmith has done a few Nissans before, maybe not 350z's he certainly seemed to know what he was on about though.
  14. Sorry to resurrect this topic, but have you tried Liverpool & Victoria, Me and the wife, fully comp, protected bonus, legal cover 8k mile limit (have a second car this is just a weekend toy) £326, which is a £100 cheaper than my other car.
  15. Won't get the key for another couple of days as they have to apply for the NATS Code and this takes a couple of days to come through, they are a reputable Locksmiths and while I was in there waiting while they got the info out of the car other people were coming in for replacement keys for various makes, will let you know when I get it, hopefully early next week.
  16. Anyone finding the same, speedo is reading at least 5mph more than GPS readout? and this was using two GPS units which both gave identical readings..... I know you only use the rev counter
  17. Car only came with 1 remote and a valet key, when I had the driveshaft done I asked the service dept to sort me out a replacement key while they did the job, needless to say when I went back the next day to pick up the car I asked after the replacement key I had ordered, this was met with a blank look, they had forgotten.... so I thought sod it I'll forget to tell you that I had snapped off the aerial on the Micra loan car when I put it in the garage (superglued it back together, rubbed down and painted black looked good as new ) today I have just been to local locksmith who does remote fobs for most cars and have been relieved of £149.20 which includes £20 for the NATS CODE...... is that about right?
  18. If they have all be seen before my apologies, but I found these bulletins when I was researching my clicking driveshaft a few weeks ago, again apologies if this is a repost and if not, I hope they maybe of use to someone, cheers Mick http://www.nissanhelp.com/Bulletins/350Z/2003/1.htm
  19. Thanks for the invite but I have other commitments this weekend, but thanks anyway.
  20. Cheers again, found the trim cleaner and it's already ordered, got to say how helpful people have been and no **** taking unlike a blue propellor forum I used to be on!
  21. Sorry about this, should have spent a little more time looking at the different sections under the Tech heading, found many references to the 'noise' issue under the 'warranty' section and yes, as you say it seems to be a 'Zed' thing and thanks for the door cleaner lead. Cheers Mick
  22. Thanks for the welcome, have posted my ?'s on the Tech section any help would be great, will post pics as soon as (i spent nearly a week giving it the Meguires treatment and my wife cocked up the photo's). Cheers Mick
  23. Hi, thanks for the welcome to the forum, I hope that you won't find these questions repetitive as I have no doubt they have ben asked before, but anyway here we go and thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated! Recently bought a 55 plate GT, which had 7200 miles on it, It had a clicking o\s driveshaft which has been sorted, now I notice that the transmission seems to me, to be quite noisy, when stationary and in neutral there seems to be quite a 'rumble' from under the car which goes when you depress the clutch pedal, could this be a clutch release bearing or a input shaft\gearbox problem also when I am in any narrow streets (and I mean narrow) I can hear a whine when I accelerate in 1st & 2nd gear, or is this a normal thing for this car, there are no gear selection problem as I have heard of on the US forums? The other question is my door cards have a 'blotchy' appearance and look like they have been sprayed with something here and there and no matter what I use they wont clean up, and believe me I have used many things to try and clean them e.g. Cillit Bang, Industrial meths, car shampoo and nailbrush, foaming cleaners, armourall, gel's etc etc and nothing works and it's really p*****g me off ! Any ideas gratefully received. Apart from these couple of things, love the car, prefer it to the M3 I had, sod the Bose system prefer the soundtrack from out the back! can't believe how cheap it was to insure, £100 less than my 407 V6 Coupe. Cheers Mick
  24. Just want to say hi to you all, I recently bought a 55 plate, Kuro, GT with just under 8k on the clock after looking at 996's\Boxsters\Z4's my workmate was to blame after he let me have a go in his Zed, that exhaust is so addictive....... anyway I have a few issues that I would like help\opinions on, these I will ask on the appropiate section of this forum. Cheers Mick
