Just thought I'd show my face and say hi and wish you all a belated happy new year, did anyone on here buy my old GT4 (U\Y) just wondered how the old girl was getting on? Getting on well with the Type R different kettle of fish but good fun as well and stacks of room in it, although the exhaust sound of a Zed will never be beaten the induction is very addictive. Still have fun and if a Red Type R with the beasts numbers on it flash you, it's me

Actually it was quite a quick car but it had the LCD dash and talked to you, it drove me mad telling me there was a problem with the alternator when it was fine......

Isetta, that'd be worth a few bob. And by a few I mean a lot!

One of many cars i've had and wish I still had.....

Isetta Bubble Car, single cylinder BMW engine, reversed the front wheels to get a wider track and a smiley face on the door, I was only 15 when I had it, and the roads used to be pretty quiet then and a bit of underage driving could be got away with, only paid a fiver for it, wish I still had it now!

Re headlights, I have never put the adapters on any of the cars I have taken over to France as I don't want the sticky mess, but, they can and will do you for it! I keep mine in the glovebox and hope to get away with the 'ever soooo sorry mr nice policemen but I meant to put them on but forgot, but look here they are in my glovebox and I will do it now'! Would 2nd Kuro's suggestions.

just make sure you thrash the tits of the type-r or you'll get beaten by 1.2 corsa's (or so i read in some mag a few months ago, lack of low down torque or summat like that)

They have altered it now, comes in at just a tad over 5k as against 7K so more user friendly, I know the R purists are not too happy about it but it aint a bad car to drive and yes it ain't no 350z...............

What you getting instead? Are you "down-sizing", "right-sizing" or "up-sizing" like Sarnie?

I was hoping no one would ask what she was getting, we needed a little more boot space and 4 seats so she (we) have ordered a Honda Civic Type R ...... (flame suit on) sorry!

Thats it! they have just been and collected my (her) GT4 and I now have an empty garage....... it's been fun and I have to say this forum is one of the friendliest I have been on and even not an owner of a Z anymore I would still like to hang around if that is ok?

Got to wait now for 2 months for the replacement car to be delivered, so for the time being, if you see someone in a Black 407 Coupe flashing or waving it's me.

Sorry they are sold, only thing left is a few odds and sods and the Bluetooth adapter which is on Ebay.

It's not the tonneau cover. It's the bit that fits to the boot lid. It's mesh. Is that right nixy?

I didn't realise that was an extra, as my last Zed had that as well took it to be standard equipment, so unless I hear different that can come out as well!

what about the other bit that stops you seeing in the boot, not the bit that fills the hole in the bar, the top bit?

Due to having ordered a new car for the wife today, I need to sell this car, so it's now up for £20,750 no offers, it's well worth it! and it will include everything I have listed in the previous posts, if interested email me\pm me whatever! i'm off on holiday tomorrow (Friday) afternoon for a week so if any interest I will get back to you on my return, if no interest, it's going to a dealer!

Sports panel filter, also have the standard filter for it as well.

I will leave in the bluetooth adapter.

Approx 8 months road tax left.

I believe it's under warranty until next June

I will throw in the original rear lights\sill guards\aerial and also the workshop manual CD and other odds and sods and include a pair of new wiper blades that I bought and never fitted.
