er that rear bumper looks horrible as said earlier it looks alot better on a rear view as you cant see how far it sticks out

just out of curiosity do you mind if i ask how much it cost to have the roof done. i want it.

mine is a 53 plate import i have a socket at the front of mine. passenger side, below the cup holder need to pull the flap down as with the 1 between the seats.

when cleaning my zed it drives me nuts how you keep getting drips coming down from the rear lights and the nismo v1 spoiler. no matter how much i try and soak it up when i go to polish there is always a abit of water running down the back, drives me mental.

i currently own a 1.7td astra van (what a beast) aswell as the zed before that i had a golf 1.8 20v turbo mapped to 225bhp whaich was fairly quick but was always in the garage having things done to it coz it was crap. it cost my 12k in 3 years in repairs that doesnt include the 8k i paid for it. i dont know what i will get after the zed there is nothing else currently in its price range that i slightly like as much.

ah ha so it is sorry i was looking at the lines along the bonnet and arches. still doesnt look to bad though. how much for the led kit. they do look awesome

i love my zed i have only had it 3 months and cant think of a car that even comes close for the price, especially styling wise and how rare they are. maybe the new tt but in a years time there will be millions of them just like the old shape. it is plenty powerful for me, but my only concern is that when tou think the car (mine being the a 53 plate 276bhp) is that if you put it up against any other car with exactly the same bhp it will probably lose. when you look on youtube i know there are alot of cars that get whooped by the zed but if both are standard sometimes i get dissapointed my main one being the s2000, it seems very even, zed winning alot but so does the s2000, they are nearlly 50bhp less and should not come close. scooby's standard used to be about the same power but would nt mind betting that the zed would not win. like i said im thrilled to bits and i dont drive mine flat out any way but just a little dissapointed that all.

hi all. if i aws to take my jdm number plate off and replace is a normal GB one will it leave holes or evidence of the old one i just personally like the look of the GB ones better even more so on the back but that will mean replacing the bumper, the fron does not look like it is recessed. cheers guys.

i wasnt sure at first in the dark photos, but in the daylight ones they look gorgeous. may i ask if your front bumper is a replica nismo if so where from and who fitted it. as it looks top notch i have a nismo replica but my fit is not the best and was looking to replace one day.

here are some pics in the 2nd pic there was a bumper mount, kind looked like a large fibreglass washer that had that large white fixing going through it, hope this helps.

hi, i have a nismo fibreglass replica front bumper that when i parked the other day scrapped aginst the kerb, i pu t in reverse but the bumper had hooked onto the kerb and i kind of half yanked it off, i was gutted it has split the bumper mount just under the headlight which was a bit of fibreglass with about a 10mm hole. do you think this could be repaired or will it be a new bumper jobbie do we think, it gets annoying because now the under tray keeps coming off the bumper when i go above 50mph and when i slow down it just scrapes along the floor until i get some more cable ties on it. cheers guys

after a quick little burn around (obviously not on a public road), when i turn off the engine and exit the car something underneath ticks alot, i know most cars do this but mine does it a hell of alot, and im just curious as to what it actually is and do all zeds do it so much? cheers guys and girls

has anybody else had a squeeky drivers seat only does it if you lean to the left. bet its not cheap.

i have recently bought a jdm and for some strange reason it didnt click that i was gonna get an owners manual with all the controls button layouts etc in japanese does anybody know where i can get an english one for a 53 reg from. also what is the switch on the right hand side of the traction control.

hi all. i have recently just bought a jdm and it has a nismo replica kit on it. the front bumper is fibreglass and so is the big spoiler on the back, sideskirts and rear bumper trims are plastic. its just me being over fussy but i can see little faults on all of them, paint job isnt that smooth on the front bumper, sideskirts and rear bumper trims need to be pushed back and fixed coz you can see slight gaps and the rear spoiler basically needs a whole respray as the very tip of it has slight scuffs all the way along. the boot is also really really heavy and when opened wont stay up by itself is this because of the fibreglass spoiler it looks really thick and heavy, without me having to ask big phil does any body know prices off the top of their heads for indivisual parts, i dont really want to go down the fibreglass route if i can help it. just so i dont have to ask in future are big phils nismo parts genuine or are they fibreglass replicas? cheers guys.

getting my import shortly i no the indicator stalk is on the right and usually i wouldnt care coz i would just get used to it but i drive a van everyday and if possible would rater pay to have it put on the left. has anybody else done it before and if so is it cheap. my dad has a corrolla and the indicator is on the right and to drives a van and said even after 4 years he is still always turning his windscreen wipers on.

oh cool hopefully it is genuine then to be fair i did only check the front bumper. the paint on the spoiler is peeling off a bit though so still not sure i doubt a genuine part would start peeling. still looks the muttz nutz though so im chuffed.

yeah it was will, how wierd he has to sell it as his girlfriend was nagging him to get a house, so ended up buying a bog standard focus i feel so sorry for him but hay, his loss is my gain, still in really good condition and god, it goes some and that was without the sports button on, bring on the 17th.

just put a deposit down on a 350z up in northampton, mileage was 30k, unfortunately it does not have many extras such as the bose system, sat nav or heated seats, but its still lovely it has a nismo kit on it but i dont think its the manufacturers one as the bumper front bumper was fibreglass and the back spoiler had a tiny bit of paint peeling off it which iw ill get re-sprayed it all looked like it fitted really well though i paid £12250, only problem is that im going on holiday on tuesday for 2 weeks and will have to wait till the 17th to pick it up gutted. does anybody know where i could get the bose system fitted and how much im looking at? cheers guys

brilliant cheers guys made me feel a bit better just looks poo when it shows that you have done 40k when you havent.

just put a deposit down on an imported 350z. the dash says it has done 40k roughly and it was advertised at 28 or 30k i cant quite remember when i asked him about it he said the way it works is that when it comes over those km's stay the same but get changed to miles and he showed me that it had done 23km so when you actually work it out it is what he advertised it for. is this correct? he seemed trustworthy and if so is there no way of getting it converted to read the correct amount in miles rather than part km part miles? cheers guys

are the tiptronic gearboxes prone to going wrong or have any known problems and if so is it easy enough to get it fixed as it would be a japanese part.
