ive been looking for a bumper with that kinda evo/gtr area in the middle and this could be the 1, not sure if i would paint the areas under the headlights though! i was lovin the DAMD bumper http://www.flickr.com/photos/autodetail ... 395101692/ but then i found out it costs £1200 just for the front bumper, so i quickly changed my mind

does anyone know if the 07+ bonnets fit straight onto older models

i cant make up my mind on which to get, i like the idea of the loud sound, but i like the look of the backbox hanging from below the bumper, standard exhaust is to quiet. is the k2 a noticably bit louder? if not i may aswell stick with the standard 1. also japspeed in watfor supply and fit for £350 i think. can i get cheaper from somewhere else baring in mind i will have to get it fitted?

i got a quote from the stealers for a p2 service and they wanted £340, that isnt going to happen. does anyone else know of a garage around the high wycombe area that isnt going to pull my pants to the side. thanks

well i worked at a vw garage for a while and all they did on the 10k service was change the air filter, and an oil change. ive changed the air filter, oil, spark plugs etc recently but thought i better get it done as its a serious piece of kit and didnt wanna take any chances, i only drive it on the weekend so dont really cover many miles.

hi all, my 350z has not been serviced since jan 2008 when it had its p3, since then ive covered about 13k miles. what service would you recommend me having, i know if i phone up the stealers they will tell me i need another p3, for all i know this could be correct but id rather have your opinions first, also how much do you guys pay for your services? thanks

i know alot of people dont bother with it, but there is no way i would risk smashing up my baby or someone else smashing it and not getting the money back. has anybody bought any for a single event and how much it was approx and where from. i did try and get a quote but they are taking ages getting back to me. cheers guys and girls

i loved the day, i got 87% 1% off getting to go round in the passenger seat of the gtr. gutted but it was my first time and loved it more and more every time i went round. i loved the paddle shifts so am gonna get the kit for mine. not taken my 350 round a track before the esp on the 370z was awesome as i only have traction control will i not be able to fly round the corners like i did in the 370, my back end has often felt a bit twitchy on roads but i never knew you could go round corners as fast as was that day.

i no when the snow button is on but when i put the power button on i dont notice a difference at all, i always have mine in manual rather than auto though, so is that all it does... change the gears at higher revs that is probably why i wont notice it then if im changing my own gears.

ok i didnt realise they offer your money back if fitting is poor, but i guess you have got to pay for the fitting twice out of your own pocket. im assuming it will cost at least £80-£90 to fit a time. thanks for the info

yep i assumed this as all it is doing is moving the electronics to somewhere else in the car. do you remember how much he was asking. there is 1 on ebay for £299.

i remember in my kev days these were known for making any exhaust any design any loudness you would like and they always looked spot on. something i am unsure about is build quality and performance. to be fair the performance is not a huge concern aslong as it doesnt lessen the performance of my car, but mainly the build quality. has anybody had their exhaust built by these guys, i was looking at getting a k2 but heard they had fitting issues. i quite loike the look of the standard exhaust and i like the look of the back box hanging down below the rear bumper like the standard 1 does. it is just a tad quiet, but i think the k1 might be a bit to loud for my liking plus you cant see the back box like i mensioned above. i was thinking if it is just the fitting issue powerflow could make 1 identicle in everyway plus it will fit right.

hey guys, any of u jdm autobox owners installed one of these. http://www.worksbell.co.jp/en/products/ ... hifter.htm i may look at getting one as i did the nissan race day in the 370z and they had the paddle shifters and they were awesome. the kit i have seen has the paddles sitting at the bottom half of the steering wheel and the 370z had them at the top half and that felt spot on. if anybody has this kit fitted can you please pass on your opinions on it as it costs about £400 and dont wanna waste that money if they are pants. cheers

hi everyone, i had a bit of an accident on the passenger side and i need to replace my nismo replica sideskirt. the one that is on there at the mo is attached by some horrible screws and im assuming that isnt the correct way of doing it. does anybody know the correct way of fitting the sideskirts, whether it screws bolts pop rivets etc or maybe there is a fitting kit. i hvent got a clue. if it helps my new skirts have got some guide holes that i believe line up with some original fixing holes just not sure what to stick in there thats all. its not bad if your flat out it seems just as quick as a manual if not quicker, sometimes if your poodlein there is a slight delay but i think i prefer it to a manual, only thing is i fancy doin a few quater mile races in mine dont really see the point, theres no clutch control and just takes way the fun.

i have an auto and im quite happy with it, im not a fan of it in auto mode but in manual mode i think it is great as i think it is quality how u just touch the gear knob and it changes gear, only bit i dont like is when it automatically changes to 3rd and 1st if ya goin to slow. if i wanted it in auto mode id of put it in auto mode. i was the same about colour, i had my heart set on a black one and that was sold then a silver 1 with a nismo kit popped up and i thought it was a beaut. i still personally think it looks best in black as a standard car, but with the nismo kit on silver takes some beating, although i now really like it in white, but they seem quite expensive as they only started making it in white a bit later on

no not genuine ones just fibreglass ones but it has lots of marks that i think u are supposed to drill and then fix,mainly 3 in the middle that get covered by the door, there are 3 white washers behind them but not sure if there is a thread there or not

hi, all i hve some nismo sideskirts to fit and was just wandering how they are done, someone said just self tap them on which i did but dont really like the look of the shiny screws especially on the side bits near to the front and rear wheels. there are some white fixing holes i have seen on the car that i should be fixing to but not sure if this is just a hole to put some rivets in or if it is threaded. basically is there a fitting kit? cheers guys

oh god not the inflatable stuff i had to use that once and it was the worst thing in the world, great idea dont get me wrong, but i had to drive for 10 miles at 10-15mph. those 10 miles is the most boring thing you have ever done plus i had to do it at rush hour and had to annoy everybody behind until it gets to the ''im just gonna pull over for a minute'' stage.

i know they are rare as hell but i think the rays look better.
