All, I called my local Nissan garage yesterday to arrange a meeting with them about setting up ‘member deals’ on servicing, labour rates and even parts too.
The dealership in question is Nissan Sturgess in Leicester, it’s where I bought my car from and where I take it for my own servicing and the service I’ve received there has been second to none.
They have 3 highly trained technicians who are 350z specialists, including one who is a roof specialist, so really handy for all you Roadster owners.
I’ve just got back from the meeting and I’ve managed to negotiate deals on P1, P2 and P3 servicing and also labour rates too. I’ve managed to get them to open an exclusive account for members of this forum, so the discount will only be applied if you go through me for the discount details.
This is still in the early stages and this post is just to gauge some interest from members, who would be interested, so I know whether or not to push it forward.
We also discussed coming to some form of arrangement on fitting aftermarket parts too, springs/brakes/coilovers etc at preferred rate, however the clause on this would be to work on cars that are now out of their 3 years manufacturers’ warranty.
Naturally, we all want to save money on servicing costs, this is one of the main reasons I put this forward, so I can save not only myself but others money.
We’ve decided that it might be a good idea to hold a casual meet at the dealership, where members can meet the staff and technicians and put forward any questions you might have.
I will keep this post updated once they send me a list of services and prices.
So, if you would be interested could you kindly let me know in this post, it would be nice to attend an open evening for us fellow members to meet staff.
I also spoke about having an exclusive 370z evening, once they get their demo car in for members and this is something they are willing to do for us.
Mods, I’ve placed this post in General to gauge interest, once most members have seen it can be moved to the correct area…
Many thanks,
