  1. All, are there any known issues with the starter motor… Many thanks in advance…
  2. A stronger alternative to dental floss is fishing line…
  3. Thanks for letting me know bud, pleased to read that you received your kit... Looking forward to seeing the kit fitted too...
  4. Hi G, The Eibach springs are £219 since their price increase earlier this month, however, for members I have them for £205.00 delivered. They’re quoted at lowering the front and rear by 30mm, however, realistically it’s about 27-28mm. For fitting, expect to pay in the region of about £25-£30 a corner, the norm here tends to be about £120.00. Many thanks,
  5. Top man, Andy, will call you shortly... Andy, just called you, when you get a moment can you return my call…
  6. Top man, Andy, will call you shortly...
  7. If you’re coming on a Saturday then I’ll meet you there personally and bring the pads with me… Deciding how long pads last for is difficult, as different driving/braking styles all need to be taken into consideration. My current Redstuff pads have been used for the last 9,000 miles, and on checking, they were 45% worn, this is with day to day driving…
  8. All, if anyone has a bonnet going spare please do let me know… Many thanks,
  9. He’s there 6 days a week, he does do weekends too. If you can give him some notice, it would be better, and then driving in for a brake pad change is no problem… Pads available when you need them bud...

  11. Thanks Mike, his prices are very competitive for me, I know what he normally charges, so he’s doing me a massive favour with this one to help our members...
  12. I have to agree with Adam, normal practice is to test fit all items before they even think about painting… Where did you get the bumper from?
  13. All, I was speaking to a mechanic friend of mine, who has always taken care of my brakes and 6 month oil change too, to see if he could help with servicing, at a preferential rate for our members… He’s quoted me with the following labour prices for members. Pads front and rear - £40.00 labour Pads and Discs front and rear - £75.00 labour Oil change if you bring your own oil and filter - £15.00 labour Brake lines - £70.00 labour Basic Service – Oil, Air Filter, Plugs - £60.00 labour Air con service - £25.00 A member (nfarr) that bought brakes from me had them fitted last Wednesday by him, as we all love photos, they can be seen below… As always, if you need more info, do send me a PM... Many thanks,

  15. If it was me, I would make a point of visiting the dealership tomorrow, they’ll happily let you inspect any work they’ve carried out, better to go now than to find on Saturday that the work isn’t to an acceptable standard… As for the terms of the deposit, this should be written on the back of the dealer receipt/paperwork…
  16. Thanks guys, happy to assist and thank you for the feedback…
  17. Welcome to the forum, have you got a Coupe or Roadster...
