Guys, I'm a rookie. Can someone help please... I've a GT4 with the GT4 wheels of course and want to know what size tyres I could fit on them..... They're stock Bridgestone Potenzas at the moment: On the front I have 225 45 18 On the back I have 245 45 18 I'm finding it 'skittish' at the moment and have read that may be b'cos the Potenzas are poor and maybe I should get some Falken 452s or Toyo T1-Rs but how wide can / should I go to improve handling and look good ;-)

The GM in Sheffield is a guy's I know in Doncaster. Before getting my GT4 I was tempted by it but put off by it being an Auto. It also lacks the multi-function steering wheel but....... agreed...... it does look sweet. He spent a lot of money on it too. One careful lady owner....... Nah, not quite. That's for sure

Nah, I don't think it is a typo b'cos it's printed on my Tax Disc and the Tax Disc reminder form that came thru the post.... I'm looking at it now. I just paid £190 to renew until 31.3.08 which I thought would NOT be the top Band (my Bro has a Shogun and paid £215)... I'm confused!

Guys, guys, don't worry..... My GT4 is apparently in Band K. Which, having looked all over the place, I can't find any reference to on the DVLA website. So I reckon we must be getting REBATES! Or..... Brown is creating a special band just for sexy cars such as ours and will grab tax off us like he grabs cakes off the Parliament dinner lady's trolley! Fat B'stard. I'm pi**ed, but does anyone know what BAND K is??? And How much we're gonna have to pay. I just renewed (phew) so won't worry about it till next March but still I wanna know how much I need to save to afford it next year. Anyone know anything about Band K?

Just had a thought..... How about getting together for a karting day? We blast around on karts with an element of competition, and drive to a local pub afterwards? There are a few karting places in the Midlands: 1. PF International at Newark 2. Amen Corner in Notts (www.amencornerkarting.co.uk) 3. Ancaster Karting & Paintball, Grantham (www.ancasterkarting.co.uk) Ancaster is right on the A1 so easy access for North and South 350s... Looks like there's some interest in a meet. I'd be up for something in the Midlands area, or within 100 miles of Nottingham. Choosing the venue could tricky... So riding to an already established event might be best? But where? And when? IDEAS: Newark Showground has a Kit Car event June 16-17, its on the A1 so easily accessible. Donnington Park - perhaps meet and ride the track? Silverstone often has events going on I've had my GT4 (black) 3 months and looking forward to learning from you experienced guys! I hope a meet can be arranged, perhaps in Spring?
