+1 you have to have it de-restricted for 'track use'. ESR used to sell the gizmo, HKS something or other? Not sure who stocks it now - maybe Envy?

just the usual via the system tools and also regularly run spyware blaster and AVG. The rest of the forum pages are fine and quick - its only the 'after posting' pages. (see you in another 2 mins!)

its doing my head in - I could go and make a cup of tea between posts! In fact i'll have 2 minutes now so I might as well!

I'm having major issues with the time taken to load the screen back up after making a post. I timed it and it's taking about 2 minutes. Just flicking through the forum is not too bad but when I post it's awful. Not having any problems on other websites just this one - I almost don't want to post its annoying me so much! Any ideas?
