Yes, I loosened all the bolts to see I could get a bit of movement, put that's as close as I could get to lining up the hole, so it looks like I'll have drill out the bracket to elongate the hole.

Hi Guys.
I've just transfered a pair of leather seats from a 2007 GT facelift into a non GT 2004 which had cloth seats, everything was OK till I came to the back floor bolt on the drivers seat nearest the door, as you can see from the pic the hole doesn't line up.
were the seats changed in anyway on the facelift?
-
Ok, can I take them? lol.
I'll pm you.
Jaz

Hi Guys.
I need to disconnect the battery, to work on the car, how long do I have before I need to do a reset.
-
that's the message I wanted to here

As far as I know, the non GT only has 2 connectors, one yellow one is for the airbags and a small white one for the seat belt indicator, so you'll have to wire in the other connector on the seat to a power source.
thanks for the info, bud, just been and taken a pic underneath the seats
there's a spare white socket underneath each seat

Hi Guys.
Hoping somebody can give me definitive answer, regarding changing from cloth seats ( non GT car) to leather seats (from a GT car)
will they just be plug n play, obviously the heating element won't work, but I'm not fussed about that,
but I need to know if the electric switches work when I plug em in, or will I have to source relay/fuses, or will my non GT car already have them installed?
and I don't want any hassle of having to add extra looms/wires in to stop the passenger air bag from flashing.
Surely people on here have done this in the past, and can tell me of any problems encountered.
Because if it's too much of a ball ache,I'm not going to bother.
Thanks in advance guys.

I think the passenger side one doesn't have a plug for the airbags so you will end up with a flashing airbag light on the dashboard. Still haven't overcome this as I haven't had time so if you figure it out drop me a pm.
hoping to do exactly the same swap (non-electric cloth to electric Tan) how come the passenger leather seat doesn't have a plug, when the cloth seat does?
-
I also have some cloth seats in good condition I could swap, let me know if it goes pear shaped and falls through with the other guys.

So sorry to see this :-(
