the bodyshop took mine off, I just wanted advice on the best way to tackle it, but he did it there & then by putting a screwdriver underneath it and levering it off, and it broke up in bits

as the title says, by fitting aftermarket wheels (275/35/19" 245/35/19") will it effect the mpg calculation on the dashboard?
