I would like a new cd player with DAB and by still using the steering wheel control's, also to get rid of the tape deck and set up for ipod. Is there anything to choose from? Just to add i won't be changing any speakers.

I always use Shell Optimax and a full tank usually get's me app 350 miles and my last full top up was for £75, so i thought i'd see how much normal unleaded is for a full tank (same petrol station) well it was £71. So i will just keep on using optimax coz £4 difference is nothing.

It seems my rant was for nothing as the growling noise wasn't caused by the clutch or gearbox. Nissan didn't check either as they could see it was a fault with the auxiliary belt. They fitted a new belt with all the kit that comes with it, should of cost £600 app but the warranty covered it. Growling noise has gone now Just wondered if this is common with the 350z?

Left my 350z with Nissan yesterday and they said if the fault is wear and tear on the clutch then the £322 to remove and refit the gearbox would be billed to me and also what ever clutch work that needs doing. I am not happy about this as i've now only done 12,000 miles and still with a warranty, do they think i take it out on track days or what? I then tell Nissan this clutch issue is well known for the 350z and he says in 6 years only 2 350z's have come back with clutch issues. Well that's probably because 350z owners go where it's cheaper after their warranty has ran out. Time will tell! I've bought brand new cars before from Vauxhall and Bmw and they have never questioned any issues with a warranty. On a better note at the dealer i saw my first 370z in the flesh (in white), it looks really nice, so much better than pictures you see in magazines.

My 08 plate with 11,400 miles has a loud growling noise just as the clutch bites in 1st and 2nd, does this sound like the clutch is going and will it be covered in my warranty?

Can you see Nissan increasing the bhp in the future like they did with the 350z going from 276 to 309?

On dark country roads i sometimes get flashed by on coming traffic, i'm sure they think iv'e got full beam on when infact it's just my xenon lights, does anybody else find this?

I agree that the rear is like the Porsche 928 and i'm still not sure if i like it.

It helps to hide the odd looking rear end i think! It's better.

For me it's the best looking car on the road. I've had a few cars in my time and have never had so many looks and glances from men and women of all ages. Also the Z has more than enough power for our roads what with speed camera's and so much road traffic.
