I'm sorry but didn't the MY07 zeds come with the 313 engine, starting with 07 plates and not 57 plates? I know there will be a tiny amount of 296 07 cars but 99% 07 cars will have the 313 engine............

Speaking to owners of cars on PH and autotrader, you would not believe how many cars are out there that have either missed services, had them done late (e.g 6 months plus) or massively exceeded the 9k intervals! Both are imports. First one has no headlight washers, square plates and no steering wheel buttons. Second one has no headlight washers, its a 52 plate (uk cars started on 53 plates), no rear boot lip spoiler and has a square rear number plate.

Is it true that all UK cars are manuals, from when they went on sale to now? Makes spotting a genuine UK car even easier, I'm after a manual..... Yep, all auto's are imports

It wouldn't put me off as long as its at the right price. If you keep it for a few years and then have it serviced at a dealership and build up the paperwork it wouldn't affect resale much at all in my opinion. The car is out of warranty so thats not going to be affected. I've been looking at 4/5 year old zeds for the last 3 months or so and NONE had perfect service history. The key is to buy cheap and sell cheap.

just dont want them to rub on the arches, been there done that, cringing at every pot hole and i dont want it to look like Boadicea's Chariot after seeing kingbiscuits thread, i'm just glad the wheels are on the car Rubbing the arches should only be a problem if they are massive wheels e.g 20" and 10j + at the front.............imo of course which doesn't always mean a lot

In Redditch getting onto the dual carriageway. Hit some oil or deisel when shifting up and back end just went. Traction control was non existent. Wish I'd fitted that Racelogic Traction control mow. A bit of a respray and some duct tape and she'll be runnin fine Unfortunately TC can't defy the laws of gravity. If your gunning it and hit a patch of oil/diesel TC ain't gonna do nothing as the oil/diesel is preventing the wheels from grabbing friction on the road...........thats a sorry sight mate

The front looks like they need 20mm spacers, maybe 10mm on the rear? Just depends how much it bothers you?
