....stereo off, windows down and a (by the looks of things) slightly toyed with TVR Tuscan in front, oh I love the sound of TVRs. Was alongside it for a bit and it did a lovely little bassy cough on upchange, just like it was clearing its throat ready for another growl

Maybe true but then it probably wouldn't be around in such limited numbers, ie the Nissan badge puts some people off and I think thats a good thing. And I wouldn't have even checked the Z out if it had a Porsche badge. Strange isn't it?

I know that there is something out there that would do it but whether its compatable with the Z I don't know. Mate of mine has an imported Golf with the sat nav system in and he has managed to covert it to play DVDs. I'll have a word and ask him where he sourced it from.

On the point of the car being found quite close, this is getting more common - my mate recently had his A3 3.2 nicked and got it back the next day as it was found within a mile of his house. The police said that as its getting more common for cars to be fitted with trackers what they are doing is robbing the cars and parking them up pretty near. They then watch them over a few days and if the motor doesn't move they can be confident theres no tracker on it so go back.

Danny thats an absolute nightmare mate, gutted for you little chav scum, etc etc etc On the tyres, I've just about got through a set of Falk 452s, had em on about a year now. They've worn pretty well and have given decent grip levels on everything from day 1. Jacko's suggestion of falkentyres was were I got them from. I'd also suggest PM to Andy on this site as he can supply these as well as Toyos iirc.
